Account setup, renewals, billing and email support. Requests are logged as tickets and answered in scheduled support time.

About basic email. MailDock 10, 50 and 100 give you mail, webmail and spam filtering only. There are no shared calendars, contacts sync or archiving, storage is shared by all mailboxes in the package, and there is no uptime guarantee. They suit light use. For email your business relies on, choose MailDock Pro or a Workspace plan.

SiteBase hosting
Fast, secure hosting for the website you or your designer have built. We set up the hosting, SSL and backups and keep the platform running. All plans include free SSL, daily off-site backups and unlimited traffic.

Patch Shield
Your computers and servers kept up to date automatically. System and common app updates are held for 7 days, installed on schedule, and reported to you every month.

Patch Shield covers updates only. We connect to a device only to fix a failed update. Remote help with anything else is booked as Extra work. Proprietary or in-house software is not included. Other Linux distributions are quoted on request.

Uncapped fibre to your home or office. Prices include our Connectivity Care fee of R89 per line, which covers ordering, fault logging and talking to the network for you.

How billing and support work
- Contract
- Month to month. Cancel by email before the 20th and the service ends on the last day of the next month.
- Invoice
- Sent on the 25th. Payment due by the 29th for the month ahead.
- Payment
- Card through our secure payment link, or EFT using your invoice number as reference.
- First month
- Your first invoice carries the once-off onboarding plus your first month of service.
- Support
- Email support@binarytraits.com. Every request gets a ticket number.
- Price reviews
- Prices are reviewed every January and July. You get 30 days' notice by email of any change.
