These are self-managed servers: the client (or their developer) is responsible for the operating system, patching, and applications. Binary Traits handles provisioning and keeps the server reachable and billed. Anything beyond that — OS administration, application support, security hardening — is Outside Scope and quoted separately.
Larger compute tiers, extra vCPU/RAM/storage, or a fully managed cPanel VPS are available on request. Self-managed means the client's team (or developer) handles the operating system and application layer — Binary Traits keeps the box provisioned, billed, and reachable.
Domain registration is priced at our supplier cost with no margin added. It's the one line item we don't build effort-based pricing into, because it's the easiest way to keep a client's identity in one place alongside their hosting and email.

This isn't a stocked catalogue; every request is quoted individually against current supplier pricing so you get a fair, up-to-date price rather than a stale list.
